Rex is a loveable blue heeler Border Collie and mascot for Team USA in The Children s Football World Cup. However, Rex is hiding a secret from his owner, Ryan He can talk! With the tournament in full swing Rex is having a great time making friends with the other doggy mascots but that is soon cut short when he uncovers a sinister plot to ruin the tournament and must now unite all the dogs to save a stadium full of the players and fans!
