Description

Julie Cosgrove (Cynthia Rothrock) is a martial arts expert working for the US government on an undercover operation in Kosovo. When a particular mission goes tragically wrong, leaving the man she loved dead, Julie decides to call it a day, assumes a false identity, and returns to the States to begin a new life. However, even though Julie now tries to live quietly, it's not long before she gets involved in conflict between the local people and some criminal bigwigs.
